For a data center project in the Netherlands, Jeco Energies provided a large-scale loadbank solution to support extensive operational testing prior to go-live.

The installation included 4 × 1 MW loadbanks, 3 × 6 MVA loadbanks and more than 100 × 200 kW units, including all necessary cabling and accessories. This setup allowed realistic server loads to be fully simulated across the entire site.

Our solution played a crucial role during Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST), where the entire infrastructure was validated under realistic conditions. This included the entire electrical distribution chain, UPS systems, emergency generators and overall power supply reliability. In parallel, cooling systems were tested under maximum load to ensure stable performance in a demanding environment, complemented by verification of supporting systems such as controls and safety mechanisms.

From installation and commissioning to implementation and monitoring, our technical experts managed the entire testing process, focusing on accuracy, reliability and seamless coordination on site.
