We stand for a fair, transparent, and safe organization. Integrity is the foundation of everything we do. Therefore, we offer a secure platform where employees, external partners, suppliers, and citizens alike can report suspected misconduct or violations of the law.
Are you aware of fraud, corruption, environmental violations, or other illegal activities within our organization? You can report this safely and, if desired, completely anonymously via our hotline. We guarantee strict confidentiality, and the law offers you full protection against any adverse consequences.
What happens after your report?
We take every report extremely seriously and handle it via a fixed, statutory procedure:
- Acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days: You will receive an official acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days of your report.
- Thorough investigation: An independent administrator investigates the case in strict confidence.
- Feedback within 3 months: We will inform you about the measures taken or planned within a maximum of 3 months after the confirmation of receipt.
