What the position entails?

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily coordination on-site.

You lead a team of 2 to 4 people while also actively participating in the work.
Together with your team, you are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing medium voltage electrical installations.
You ensure high-quality work is delivered with attention to safety, efficiency, quality, and timing.
You are the point of contact for the client and technicians and report internally to the project manager.

Are we a match?

You have completed a technical education in an electrical field (or equivalent through experience).
You have several years of experience as an industrial electrician.
You know how to lead a team.
You can quickly adapt to sudden changes.
You communicate clearly and speak fluent Dutch.
Flexibility is a given for you.
You possess a category B driver's license.
