Site Manager

To strengthen the project team, DSG Belgium is looking for an ambitious, driven, and passionate site manager. Are you ready to take the lead in projects within the medium and high voltage segment? With your dedication and experience, you will be the driving force behind our on-site team’s success.

What the position entails

As a site manager, you will be responsible for the daily coordination on-site, where you and your team will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing medium voltage electrical installations.

As a site manager, you will form a close team with the project manager and be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of various sites daily, involving you early in the project.
You will lead various technicians, ensuring that the site activities are well-prepared.
You will work with the project manager to develop detailed plans and be responsible for planning your resources and tools.
You will manage a team of 2 to 6 people per site and, if necessary, lend a hand yourself.
You will ensure that high-quality work is delivered, with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and timing.
You will be the contact person for the client and technicians and report internally to the project manager.

Are we a match?

You have completed technical training in an electrical direction (or equivalent through experience).
You have several years of experience as an industrial electricity site manager.
You have experience in leading a team.
You can quickly adapt to sudden changes.
You communicate clearly and speak fluent Dutch and English.
Flexibility is a given for you.
You hold a Category B driving license.
