What the position entails
You are part of the commissioning team responsible for testing and commissioning various low and medium voltage installations. Using measurements and functional tests, you will check the quality of the installations and identify any errors.
- You prepare test and commissioning reports.
- You set up and test protective relays for proper operation.
- You perform VLF tests on new cable joints/connections.
- You test electrical installations before they are put into operation.
- You detect and diagnose faults.
- You advise the project team in preparing and implementing their inspection plans.
- You actively contribute to the development of our Jeco Academy by sharing your knowledge with team members.
Are we a match?
- You have completed a technical education in an electrical field (or equivalent through experience).
- You have several years of experience as a technician and have an interest in high power systems.
- You enjoy tackling problems and finding suitable solutions.
- You are a team player who can also work independently.
- Flexibility is your second nature.
- You hold a category B driving license.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French/English is a plus.
- You are willing to occasionally undertake commissioning work abroad.
